Who we are

Measuri Ltd ("Measuri", "we", "us") is a software engineering company registered in England & Wales, with its studio at 84 Charterhouse Street, Clerkenwell, London EC1M 6JN. For the personal data described here, we act as the data controller.

What we collect

We keep data collection to what we genuinely need. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

  • Contact details you provide through our enquiry form or by email — such as your name, company, email address and phone number.
  • The content of your message and any information you choose to share about your project.
  • Basic technical data when you visit our website, such as your browser type and general region, used only to keep the site working well.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we don't buy or sell personal data.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
  • Provide and administer services under an agreement with your organisation.
  • Keep records required for our own accounting and legal obligations.
  • Improve how our website performs and is structured.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up, and delete it when a conversation clearly won't proceed. Records tied to an engagement are kept for the duration of that work and for any period we're required to retain them afterwards for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data we hold about you, and provide a copy.
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your data where there's no ongoing reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@measuri.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

Our website uses only the small number of cookies needed to function and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, and a small team who take confidentiality seriously. No system is ever perfectly safe, but we treat your information with the same care we bring to our engineering.
